1. Check whether Map Packaging Equipment has grounding protection; if it is not grounded, it is very likely that the metal shell of the equipment will be electrified, causing personal injury;

2. Check the power supply voltage to ensure that it is consistent with the rated voltage of the equipment;

3. Check the inside of the equipment before turning it on to ensure that there are no foreign objects;

4. Check that the air pressure is greater than or equal to 0.7mPA before turning on the equipment;

5. Regularly add lubricating oil to the guide rods, bearings, sliders, springs and other moving parts of the equipment; (each equipment is equipped with an oil pot, which can be filled with sewing machine oil);

Six. Check that the packaging film is installed in place and has sufficient margin before turning on the equipment;

Seven. During the operation of the equipment, it is forbidden to put any part of the body into the mold equipment;

Eight. After the end of daily work, the upper and lower mold equipment must be cleaned to ensure that there is no obstruction or impact on the mold equipment;

Nine. Drain the air compressor regularly, otherwise the air pressure will be too high, causing the equipment to fail to operate normally;

Ten. When using the gas conditioning function, make sure that the fresh-keeping gas pressure entering the equipment reaches 0.5mPA; (There is a corresponding gas pressure gauge on the equipment for viewing)
