How to maintain Map Tray Sealing Machine?

Proper maintenance can extend the service life of vacuum packaging machines.

1. The development of vacuum and packaging machines should be used in environments with different temperatures ranging from -10 ℃ to 50 ℃, relatively high humidity requirements of no more than 85%, and no corrosive gases, dust, or explosive hazards in the surrounding air.

In order to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump in the vacuum packaging machine, the vacuum pump motor is not allowed to reverse. The vacuum pump uses No. 0 vacuum pump oil, and imported vacuum pumps should use imported vacuum pump oil. The oil level of the vacuum packing machine should be checked regularly. The normal oil level is 1/2-3/4 of the oil window (not exceeding). When there is water or oil in the vacuum pump that turns black, the oil is contaminated and the vacuum pump oil should be replaced immediately. Before replacing the vacuum pump oil, run the vacuum pump for 15-30 minutes, stop running after the oil temperature rises, and cut off the power supply. Unscrew the fuel cap, open the fuel bolt, and then drain the oil. Then, tighten the oil drain bolt, add new vacuum pump oil to the specified height, and tighten the oil cap. If the oil inside the pump is severely contaminated, add new oil and repeat the above operation until the pump is cleaned, or add semi diesel or semi vacuum pump oil to seal the inlet for one to two hours, and then drain the oil

3. Impurity filters should be disassembled and cleaned regularly (usually every 1-2 months; if packaging debris is present, the cleaning time should be shortened).

After working continuously for 2-3 months, the back cover of 30 sliding parts and switch contact blocks should be opened to add lubricating oil, and various connected heating rods should be lubricated according to the lubricating oil used.

5. The heating strip and silicone strip should be kept clean and free of foreign objects to avoid affecting the sealing quality.

6. The two layers of adhesive paste on the heating rod and under the heating plate provide insulation protection. When there is damage, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid short circuits.

7. The user should provide a working gas source and an inflation gas source. The working pressure of the vacuum packaging machine has been set to 0.3MPa, which is more suitable. In special circumstances, it should not be adjusted too much.

8. The vacuum packaging machine must not be tilted, bumped, or inverted during transportation.

The vacuum packaging machine must be equipped with a reliable grounding device.

10. Warning signs are affixed to the vacuum packaging machine to remind operators to operate correctly and safely. If an emergency situation occurs, please cut off the power immediately.

11. When working, ventilate first, then turn on the power, and then turn off when shutting down.
