The company already uses several tray sealing machine to package their products safely under strict regulations. They specifically needed a new packaging solution that would specifically meet the specific requirements of their customers. They produce trays containing syringes and protective shields for pharmaceutical customers. These need to be packaged in large medium density polyethylene (MDPE) protective bags for vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) sterilization as part of the decontamination process for their new syringe filling and assembly line. The inner MDPE bag forms the first part of the three-layer bagging process.
