1. The principle of vacuum packaging

The roll-down film enters at a fixed step and is pulled forward, passes through the preheating heating area, is vacuum-formed, enters the filling area after wind speed cooling, and enters the heat sealing area after filling the material. 2. The main working principle and structure of the food vacuum packaging machine

1. Forming

The bottom film needs to be heated before forming. In order to improve productivity and achieve rapid forming, there is a preheating area so that the bottom film has a certain temperature before forming. The heating temperature varies according to the thickness and material of the bottom film.

2. Heat sealing

The bottom film of the tray filled with material is covered by the upper film when entering the heat sealing area. The heat sealing area is provided with a heat sealing template driven by a cylinder, and a heating tube is provided on the heat sealing template, and the heating temperature of the heating tube is controlled by a temperature control element. The upper film and the bottom film of the tray are heat-pressed and sealed by the heat sealing template. Users can install vacuum and inflation devices in the heat sealing area as needed to achieve vacuum inflation packaging.

3. Cutting

After heat sealing, neatly arranged packages are formed, but these packages are connected together, and they must enter the cutting area for transverse cutting and longitudinal cutting to obtain independent finished product packages.

4. Film traction system

The film traction system mainly includes chain clamp conveying devices, film guide devices, etc.

A long chain is installed on each longitudinal side of the food vacuum packaging machine, and each pitch of the chain is equipped with an elastic clip. The transmission of the bottom film depends on the clamping and traction of the chain clamps on both sides. The whole process of the bottom film from import to packaging, cutting, and output is clamped by clamps. Since the chain is longitudinally distributed with a large number of clips, the base film can be transported horizontally. The base film can remain flat even during molding and filling.

When the bottom of the pin of the clip is subjected to an upward force, the clip rises and compresses the spring through the fastener. At this time, there is a gap between the round head of the clip and the top surface of the card seat, which is enough to insert the edge of the film.
